Food matters live 2017
IPSSA was invited to participate at two seminars during the Food Matters Live 2017 Expo that took place from 21 to 23 November in London Excel.
Professor Elke Trautwein made two presentations on:
- 22 November, Seminar Programme – Functional Nutrition “Cradle to Grave”, where Professor Trautwein presented on The role of plant sterols/stanols in life-long management of blood cholesterol – from science to claims and
- 23 November, Seminar – NCDs, dietary patterns and cardiovascular disease, where Professor Trautwein gave a presentation entitled Plant sterols/stanols for cholesterol lowering and prevention of cardiovascular disease
